Shipping Policy — Zen & Living

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Washington, D.C., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship to other U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. is 7–10 business days from the order date, including processing. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may vary.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available for a flat rate of $12.00

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Orders
